If you have contacted Rick Cooper and are unable to attend one of the general meetings and would like to designate another official or individual to pick up your cheque the following will be the procedure:
1. Send an e-mail to Brandon Siydock designating the individual who will be picking up your cheque at the meeting.
2. That individual's signature will be required as record of receipt.
3. If you have not designated anyone to pick up your cheque, it will be held until the next meeting.
